AI for good and bad
Nowadays, you can say that “AI will play a big role” and your prediction will be correct because we have seen numerous advancements, setbacks, and new features during the year.
In terms of the bad stuff, AI continues to be a rising concern. Phishing attempts, identity fraud, and attacks on cloud services have also continued to rise during the year. AI and cloud services have given rise to the reasonably new abbreviation CaaS, which stands for cybercrime-as-a-service, which is indeed worrying.
But as you know, AI is used for good as well. From our side, we have leveraged AI in our Authorization Robot that entered general availability earlier this year.
