Automated file transfer with Domino

Use Cryptshare (a part of our Secure Information Exchange solution) to send confidential data and files securely and automatically, without risk or additional effort for you and your team.

Files can be automatically detached from Notes emails on the server side using a defined set of rules and transferred via the Cryptshare server. The sender and recipient do not have to do anything else and are automatically informed about this process.

 

Sending from all Domino applications

It is also possible to integrate the Cryptshare functionality into Domino-based applications so that files and messages can also be sent manually or automatically encrypted from there. Numerous Cryptshare customers already send their data directly from their Domino applications without media discontinuity, for example:
