You can find our customers all around the world, often in markets requiring extra high levels of security, like the financial, governmental, industrial, and defense sectors.

 

Made in Europe

Pointsharp was founded in Sweden in 2006 by a group of entrepreneurs with a shared vision of how new security solutions are required to support the mobile workplace.

In 2020, Main Capital Partners invested in Pointsharp as a strategic partner and joined our journey to build a leading European security software and service provider. In 2021, we acquired SecMaker, a Swedish-based company, to broaden our offering with certificate-based PKI solutions.

In 2022 and 2023, we continued our journey by acquiring German security companies Cryptshare and SIVIS, which solidified our position as a full-service Identity and Access Management (IAM) provider within SAP and Microsoft environments, as well as providing us with tools to help you secure your data. 

In 2025, we continued our journey by acquiring Vemendo, further solidifying our offering in securing digital identities.

Today, we have 200 people and are growing at a rapid pace. Our HQ is located in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices around Europe in Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands.
