Automatic mode
You can set up server-side rules in your Domino Directory or use any third-party product that can apply rules to mail routing. Simply define which messages are to be processed by Cryptshare. If a user sends an email that is being processed by Cryptshare, the user will receive a notification.
Manual mode using the Cryptshare Icon
Users may wish to use Cryptshare even though the policy does not demand it, for example, if very confidential information is to be sent. In this case, the Cryptshare Icon can be used in the toolbar. Clicking on the toolbar icon opens the Cryptshare email form, which allows you to write your message, attach your files, and set the options for your secure transfer, including the encryption of your email message and the files to be shared.
The Cryptshare Web App is provided directly by the Cryptshare Server and is included in all available Cryptshare license editions. It is the central point of communication and can be used anytime from any PC, tablet, or smartphone.
All you and your external communication partners need to exchange confidential data or large files is a browser and an email address.
The Cryptshare Web App is self-explanatory and intuitive; no training or support is required.
